My journey -

Having experienced prolapse myself, after my first son was born, I know exactly how defeating and shattering it can feel. 

I remember wondering why, after such a powerful birth, as a healthy woman, my body would let me down in this way. 

After a long journey of healing, going from medical support to holistic wisdom, I've come to a place where I feel stronger than ever and more connected to my body than I imagined possible. 

This is the place I guide you from.

 

My work -

Centres around supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, releasing held tension and trauma, restoring natural function and balance, and creating real, tangible shifts.

Through hands-on pelvic work, mentorship, and immersive retreats, I’ve witnessed how deeply the body can reorganise when it’s met with the right kind of attention.

 

This guide is a small doorway into that work.
